The monastic state, located on the third and eastern peninsula of Halkidiki, is a self-governing part of the Greek Orthodox Church and its monuments from the Byzantine period are enjoying worldwide fame and they worth to be visited.

The traditional ship ”Agios Georgios” departs from Ormos Panagia’s port at 09.30 in the morning, it sails along the Sithonia’s bays until we reach our first destination which is Mount Athos at the south top and monastery of Saint Paul.

We continue with a sail along the coast heading to the North in order to see 8 more monasteries from nearest distance allowed without crossing the borders of Mount Athos.

After this trip we will arrive to the port of Ouranoupoli’s or the central port of Ammouliani’s Island (depends on the day) for a stop which will last about 1 hour and a half in order for you to be able to go for a walk, drink a coffee, have lunch in a restaurant of your choice or just for sightseeing around the area.

After an hour we will head to Ormos Panagias which is our last destination, during our return there is live bouzouki on board giving you the opportunity to dance traditional Greek dances.

Arrival at our final destination Ormos Panagias will be at 17.30.

We start our trip and we make the first stop in Kelyfos, in which is ideal for swimming but also for snorkeling, because the water is crystal clear. Sails to Spalathronisia and from there to lush beaches, such as the Lemos, which is very popular.

Lemos beach is a narrow sand stripe and has the sea on both sides. At noon we stop for lunch at a restaurant (optional) at Neos Marmaras, Halkidiki, at Spalathronisia or elsewhere.

We are heading to the coves of south Neos Marmaras – Porto Carras and stop again for the last swim before returning to one of the loveliest beaches in “Kameno” which is accessible only by the sea.
